Architected and built an interactive demonstration prototype to digitize manual administrative reporting from village and kelurahan levels across Indonesia. Features dynamic questionnaire processing structured by multi-tier dimensions and sub-dimensions, visual analytics, and executive dashboards.

Project Context

Solution design engagement for the Ministry of Home Affairs to demonstrate digital transformation possibilities for grassroots government reporting.

What I Worked On

• Entrusted to design system architecture and build an interactive demonstration prototype to digitize manual reporting at the village and kelurahan level.
• Constructed dynamic questionnaire processing workflows (structured by dimensions and sub-dimensions) mapped into an insightful analytics executive dashboard.
• Delivered the end-to-end prototype rapidly via Vibe Coding, currently in the follow-up stage by the administrative team.

Technical Challenges

• Designing flexible database and questionnaire schemas capable of handling hierarchical dimensions and variable regional indicators.
• Rapidly prototyping a production-ready user experience under tight presales timelines.

Implementation Details

• Constructed a NestJS backend and Next.js frontend with PostgreSQL for relational storage of dynamic questionnaire trees.
• Accelerated fullstack scaffolding and interactive dashboard components using Vibe Coding workflows.
